4 Arrested for ATM Fraud in Deoghar, Jharkhand: Fake Technicians Stole PINs

•Four individuals arrested in Deoghar, Jharkhand, for fraudulent ATM cash withdrawals.
•Accused posed as ATM technicians or bank staff to trick unsuspecting customers.
•They tampered with ATM machines to trap cards and then extracted PINs under false pretenses.
•Police recovered 8 mobile phones, 6 SIM cards, 10 ATM cards, and card-trapping tools.
•Complaints of unauthorized withdrawals were received from Nagar and Jasidih police station areas.
