Coal India's Arm CMPDIL IPO Subscribed 7% on Day 1

•Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Ltd (CMPDIL) IPO subscribed 7 percent on its first day.
•The IPO received bids for 52,44,320 shares against 7,97,89,500 shares on offer.
•Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) quota saw 10 percent subscription, non-institutional investors 5 percent.
•CMPDIL mobilized Rs 470 crore from anchor investors; the IPO concludes on March 24.
•The Rs 1,842-crore IPO is an offer-for-sale by Coal India, with no fresh issue component.
