Coal India's CMPDIL IPO Opens March 20; Anchor Bidding on March 18

•Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDIL), a Coal India arm, will launch its IPO on March 20.
•The public offering concludes on March 24, with anchor investor bidding scheduled for March 18.
•The issue is an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 10.71 crore shares by Coal India, with no fresh issue component.
•CMPDIL provides consultancy services in coal exploration, mine planning, beneficiation, and allied engineering.
•IDBI Capital Markets and Securities and SBI Capital Markets are the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
