DU Protest Ban Challenged in Delhi HC: Student Files PIL Against 'Blanket Prohibition'
•
A Campus Law Centre student challenged Delhi University's month-long ban on public meetings, protests, and demonstrations.
•
The plea argues the ban, issued by the DU Proctor, is arbitrary, vague, disproportionate, and violates fundamental rights.

•
Delhi Police has been made a party to the proceedings, with the matter listed for further hearing in March.
