Ex-Navy Officer Arrested in Kerala with 1.2 kg Ganja, 10 Cannabis Plants

•Binu V William, a 37-year-old retired Navy officer, was arrested in Alappuzha, Kerala.
•Excise officials seized 1.2 kg of ganja and 10 cannabis plants from his house in Poomkavu.
•The arrest was made by the Excise Enforcement and Anti-Narcotic Special Squad based on a tip-off.
•William recently took voluntary retirement after 15 years of service and allegedly sourced contraband from Bengaluru.
•A case has been registered against him under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
