Goa CM reviews 131 rural development projects, boosts funding

•Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant reviewed 131 project proposals under the Goa Gram Samruddhi Yojana (GGSY).
•The review aimed to ensure development reaches every corner of the state.
•Priority will be given to projects recommended by MLAs from all 40 Assembly constituencies, ensuring at least one project per constituency.
•CM Sawant announced enhanced financial support, with additional funds over the existing Rs 20 crore allocation for the upcoming financial year.
•The scheme focuses on public infrastructure and community development works to build stronger, better-connected communities.
