•Posters demand non-Hindus be barred from entry and business opportunities be reserved for Hindus.
•VHP district secretary Yogesh Chauhan stated commercial activities should be by Hindus due to large devotee turnout.
•Groups warn of opposition if anyone hides identity or disguises themselves during the fair.
•District administration officials are currently investigating the matter.
