Kerala HC Grants Bail to Suspected LTTE Operative After Four Years in Custody

•Satkunam, also known as Sabesan, is suspected of being part of the outer security wing of late LTTE leader Prabhakaran.

•Bail conditions include a Rs one lakh bond, surrendering passport, and reporting to police regularly.
