Lokayukta books Udupi Excise DC T M Srinivas in DA case; Rs 8.69 Cr assets found

•Karnataka Lokayukta police registered a disproportionate assets (DA) case against Udupi Excise Deputy Commissioner T M Srinivas.
•Raids on March 11 at 15 locations revealed assets worth Rs 8.69 crore beyond his known sources of income.
•Immovable properties valued at Rs 6.90 crore include 11 sites, 6 houses, and 31 acres of agricultural land.
•Movable assets seized total Rs 2.66 crore, including Rs 1.47 crore in gold jewellery and Rs 3.95 lakh cash.
•The total value of assets disproportionate to Srinivas’ legitimate income has been assessed at Rs 8.69 crore.
