MCD Eyes Mechanised Sweeping for Delhi's Narrow Lanes, Invites EoI

•MCD invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) for a feasibility study on mechanised sweeping of narrow streets in Delhi.
•The initiative aims to improve sanitation in congested neighbourhoods where conventional machines cannot operate.
•The study will focus on roads less than 10 metres wide, which are typically cleaned manually.
•Agencies will explore smaller, specially designed sweepers and their integration into the existing sanitation system.
•A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 19 at 2 pm at the Civic Centre; EoI submission deadline is March 25.
