PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPO Subscribed 1.23 Times on Final Day

•PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd's IPO was subscribed 1.23 times on its final bidding day.
•The Rs 380 crore IPO received bids for 70,31,776 shares against 57,06,235 shares on offer.
•Non-institutional investors subscribed 1.54 times, Retail Individual Investors 1.29 times, and QIBs 1.04 times.
•The company raised nearly Rs 171 crore from anchor investors prior to the IPO.
•Proceeds will fund 15 new stores by FY28, marketing for the 'Reva' brand, and general corporate purposes.
