GSP Crop Science IPO Subscribed 1.61 Times on Closing Day

•GSP Crop Science Ltd's initial public offer received 1.61 times subscription on Wednesday, the closing day of bidding.
•The Rs 400-crore IPO got bids for 1,43,61,844 shares against 89,47,367 shares on offer.
•Non-institutional investors' category attracted 3.05 times subscription, QIBs 2.66 times, and RIIs 40 per cent.
•The company garnered Rs 120 crore from anchor investors; price band fixed at Rs 304-320 per share.
•Proceeds from the fresh issue (Rs 240 crore) will be used for debt payment and general corporate purposes.
