GSP Crop Science IPO Subscribed 47% on Day 1; QIBs Over-Subscribed

•GSP Crop Science Ltd's initial public offering (IPO) saw 47% subscription on its first day of bidding.
•The IPO received bids for 42,37,658 shares against 89,47,367 shares on offer.
•Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 1.28 times, while Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) attracted 11% and non-institutional investors 28%.
•The agrochemical company garnered Rs 120 crore from anchor investors on Friday, with the Rs 400-crore share sale concluding on March 18.
•The price band is fixed at Rs 304-320 per share, valuing the company at Rs 1,489 crore at the higher end.
