TARC Ltd Targets Rs 4,500 Cr Revenue from Delhi Luxury Housing Project

•TARC Ltd expects Rs 4,500 crore revenue from its 'TARC Kailasa' ultra-luxury housing project in Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
•The project, spread over 6 acres, launched in 2024, has already sold 275 units across four towers.
•A fifth tower with 110 units is now being launched, with apartments priced between Rs 11-14 crore per unit.
•Total investment for the project is estimated at Rs 1,500 crore (excluding land cost), with completion expected by March 2030.
•TARC Ltd achieved Rs 1,000 crore in sales bookings in the first nine months of this fiscal, aiming for Rs 2,500 crore for the full year.
