Thane Murder Accused Nabbed in Palghar After Year-Long Manhunt

•Police arrested a 24-year-old man, Aadesh alias Chala Prakash Jadhav, from Palghar after he absconded for over a year.
•The arrest is linked to a murder during a New Year's party in Thane district on January 1, 2025.
•An argument over a song escalated, leading to the victim, Raja Pariyar, being fatally assaulted with wooden sticks.
•Two of Pariyar's friends were also seriously injured in the attack.
•Jadhav was apprehended on February 19 based on technical analysis and specific information; search for other accused continues.
