TN CM Stalin Unveils Senior Citizens' Home, 11 Coworking Centres in Chennai

•Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated a senior citizens' home at Kolathur, Chennai, on Tuesday.
•The home, built by Arulmigu Devi Baliamman and Ilankaliamman temple for Rs 11.88 crore, spans 25,500 sq ft and can accommodate 75 elderly citizens.
•It features various amenities, including a physiotherapy centre.
•CM Stalin also launched 11 Mudhalvar Padaippagam centres, which are coworking and learning spaces.
•These centres, established by CMDA and Greater Chennai Corporation at a cost of Rs 33.85 crore, are part of a state government initiative.
