ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India selects Andhra Pradesh for India's largest greenfield integrated steel project.
•
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation stone on March 23 in Anakapalli district.
•
The project involves a ₹1.5 lakh crore investment, creating nearly 1 lakh direct and indirect jobs.
•
It will have a 17.8 MTPA production capacity and be India's first integrated steel player with Green Steel certification.
•
Includes a captive port with an additional ₹11,000 crore investment, generating 6,000 jobs and boosting exports.
