Aadhar Housing Targets 20-22% AUM Growth, Aims to Double Loan Book in 3 Years

Aadhar Housing Finance aims for 20-22% AUM growth in FY26 and FY27, targeting over ₹50,000 crore in AUM within three years.
•
The company plans to double its loan book over the medium term, maintaining healthy Net Interest Margins (NIMs) around 9.4%.
•
Non-housing loans, currently 27% of the portfolio, are projected to increase to nearly 30% over the next one to three years.
•
Gross NPAs are low, at 0.9-1% for home loans and 1.1-1.2% for non-housing loans, with strong risk-adjusted spreads.
•
Aadhar Housing has partially benefited from repo rate cuts, passing 15 basis points to consumers, with more expected as transmission improves.
