NTPC Green Boosts Capacity: 158 MW Kadapa Solar Project Begins Operations

•NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) commenced commercial operations of 158 MW solar power in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
•The project is part of Ayana Kadapa Renewable Power Pvt Ltd's 250 MW solar project.
•This addition increases NGEL Group's total installed capacity to 9151.08 MW.
•NGEL reported a 73% decline in Q3 net profit to ₹17.5 crore, despite a 29.4% revenue growth to ₹653.3 crore.
•EBITDA for the quarter rose 33.8% to ₹567 crore, with margins improving to 86.8%.
