Redington Wins Big: Tax Demand of ₹230.21 Crore Quashed by CIT(A)
•Redington Limited received a favorable order from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), quashing a demand of ₹230.21 crore for Assessment Year 2020-21.
•The company had previously informed stock exchanges on September 30, 2023, about receiving a ₹233.66 crore demand from the Income Tax Department.
•Separately, Redington received a GST assessment order of ₹148.33 crore, including interest and penalty, from CGST, Gurugram on December 31, 2025.
•The technology solution provider reported a 2.6% year-on-year rise in Q3 net profit to ₹413.4 crore, driven by growth in India, UAE, and Africa.
•Shares of Redington Limited closed down 4.74% at ₹247.00 on the National Stock Exchange of India on March 11.
