Indians Buying Bigger Homes: Average Flat Size Jumps 17% in Two Years, Says ANAROCK Report
•Average flat size in top 7 Indian cities increased by 17% from 1,420 sq. ft. in 2023 to 1,656 sq. ft. in 2025.
