•An 80-year-old Mumbai woman, Surjeet Kaur Chadda, was defrauded of 98,199 rupees while trying to return an extra dal-bhat order.
•She searched for Zepto's customer service number on Google and contacted a fake representative.
•The fraudster tricked her into online procedures, leading to unauthorized debits from her bank account.
•Her son, Sanjeev Singh Chadda, filed a complaint at Khar Police Station, and an investigation is ongoing.
•Police warn against using customer service numbers found on Google and advise using official app/website options for support.
