India's Forex Reserves Surge $19.4 Billion in Apr-Dec 2025: RBI Data

India's foreign exchange reserves rose $19.4 billion in nominal terms during April-December 2025.

This contrasts with a $10.7 billion depletion in the same period of 2024.

On a balance of payments basis, reserves decreased $30.8 billion, excluding valuation effects.
