•Maruti Suzuki India Limited commissioned 7 Automated Driving Test Tracks (ADTTs) in Tamil Nadu, partnering with the state's Transport Department.
•The tracks were inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin via video conferencing at various Regional Transport Offices.
•This initiative is part of an agreement to automate ten driving test tracks, with all ten completed within 150 days.
•ADTTs use high-definition cameras and advanced analytics for transparent, technology-enabled driver evaluation, eliminating human bias.
•Maruti Suzuki has automated 56 ADTTs nationally across eight states and plans to expand to 81 tracks, enhancing road safety efforts.
