Congress unveils 2nd list of 23 candidates for Assam polls, reserves 15 seats for allies

•Congress released its second list of 23 candidates for the upcoming Assam assembly elections on Saturday (March 14).
•The party has allocated 15 seats to its alliance partners in the northeastern state.
•With this, Congress has announced 65 candidates for the 126-member assembly.
•Key candidates from the second list include Nurul Islam (Srijangram), Abdul Khaleque (Mandia), and Devid Phukan (Tinsukia).
