•UAE authorities arrested 35 individuals, including 19 Indians, for spreading misleading and fabricated content on social media related to the US-Israel-Iran conflict.
•Accused posted edited videos, AI-generated fakes, and content falsely depicting UAE under attack, aiming to create panic and confusion.
•The 35 individuals were divided into three groups based on the nature of their misleading posts, with some praising enemy military activities.
•Offenders face a minimum of one year in prison and fines up to 100,000 Dirhams (AED) for harming national security and public order.
•This action comes as Iran also arrested approximately 500 people for sharing sensitive information during the conflict.
