•The project, valued at approximately ₹1,850 crore (excluding GST), involves development, financing, design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
•It will be executed under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) route on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis with a 35-year concession period.
•DBL will acquire 100% equity in the project SPV and act as the Transmission Service Provider; completion is expected within 24 months.
•The company reported a net profit of ₹830 crore in Q3FY25, including a ₹585 crore exceptional gain, despite a 17.5% revenue fall.
