SBI MF Buys 4% Stake in Urban Company for ₹632 Crore; Wellington, Others Pare Stake

SBI Mutual Fund acquired a 4% stake in Urban Company through bulk deals on Tuesday, totaling ₹632 crore.
•
The fund purchased 3.5 crore shares on NSE and 2.2 crore shares on BSE at an average price of approximately ₹109.85.
•
Wellington Hadley Harbor AIV Master Investors, DF International Partners, and ABG Capital offloaded their stakes.
•
Urban Company's shares closed down 2.15% at ₹110.80 on NSE after the bulk deals.
•
The company reported 33% revenue growth in Q3FY26 but saw EBITDA loss widen and a net loss of ₹21.26 crore.
