•SBI Fund Management Pvt. Ltd, India's largest asset management company, is considering a ₹13,000 crore IPO.
•The company aims to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) by the end of the financial year to avoid extensive re-auditing.
•SBI MF is targeting a valuation of ₹1.3 lakh crore, translating to a 51x price-to-earnings multiple.
•The IPO will be an Offer For Sale (OFS), with State Bank of India selling 6.3% stake (over ₹8,000 crore) and Amundi offloading less than ₹5,000 crore.
