Omaxe Subsidiaries Secure RERA Approvals for Punjab and UP Residential Projects

Omaxe Ltd's subsidiaries received RERA registrations for two residential plotted development projects.
•
Projects are located in New Chandigarh, Punjab ("Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B") and Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh ("Metro City P-8B").
•
Both projects are scheduled for launch on March 23, 2026, targeting domestic and international markets.
•
RERA approvals ensure compliance, enable sales and advertising, and provide transparency and legal protection for buyers.
•
Punjab project approval is valid until December 1, 2030; UP project approval until October 9, 2027.
