•The acquisition, valued at ₹19.2 crore, aims to meet UltraTech's green energy requirements and optimize costs.
•Sunsure Solarpark Seven is involved in the generation and transmission of renewable energy.
•The transaction is expected to be completed within 180 days.
•UltraTech Cement also reported a 27% rise in Q3FY26 consolidated net profit to ₹1,729.4 crore.
