Prabhu Deva Sells Mumbai Apartments for Rs 14.80 Crore

•Actor-choreographer Prabhu Deva sold two apartments in South Mumbai's Mahalaxmi area for Rs 14.80 crore.
•The properties are located in one of Mumbai's tallest residential towers.
•Prabhu Deva originally purchased the 1,295 sq ft apartments on the 32nd and 33rd floors in December 2012 for Rs 14.45 crore.
•The apartments were sold to Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange for Rs 7.40 crore each.
•The transaction was registered on March 13, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 30,000.
