Son Accused of Usurping Father's Property with Fake Documents in Mumbai

Rajendra Pratap Ramji Singh (66) filed a complaint against his son, Jayesh Singh, at Pantnagar Police Station, Ghatkopar.
•
Jayesh Singh is accused of creating fake documents to usurp his father's room in Trikal Building, Ghatkopar.
•
The fraud was discovered in February 2025 when Rajendra found documents showing his room transferred to Jayesh via a fake sale agreement from 2018.
•
The alleged fake agreement was with Jayesh's brother-in-law, Surendra Singh Musafir Singh, who denied any involvement.
•
Rajendra had previously entrusted Jayesh with his shop, Raj Book Center, which Jayesh allegedly mismanaged and rented out for Rs 14,000.
