Son Accused of Usurping Father's Property with Fake Documents in Mumbai

•Rajendra Pratap Ramji Singh (66) filed a complaint against his son, Jayesh Singh, at Pantnagar Police Station, Ghatkopar.
•Jayesh Singh is accused of creating fake documents to usurp his father's room in Trikal Building, Ghatkopar.
•The fraud was discovered in February 2025 when Rajendra found documents showing his room transferred to Jayesh via a fake sale agreement from 2018.
•The alleged fake agreement was with Jayesh's brother-in-law, Surendra Singh Musafir Singh, who denied any involvement.
•Rajendra had previously entrusted Jayesh with his shop, Raj Book Center, which Jayesh allegedly mismanaged and rented out for Rs 14,000.
