Kahalgaon's Teen Pahar to get Ropeway, Lakshman Jhula for easy access

•Kahalgaon's unique Teen Pahar (Three Hills) in the middle of the Ganga will soon be accessible via a ropeway and Lakshman Jhula.
•Currently, tourists reach these hills, a significant Bihar attraction, by boat; new infrastructure aims to ease travel.
•Preparations are underway, with the General Branch requesting a report from the ADM and discussions with local land owners.
•The three hills – Shanti Baba Pahar, Bengali Baba Pahar, and Punjabi Baba Pahar – are set to be declared protected rock-cut temples.
•The area is also part of the Vikramshila Gangetic Dolphin Sanctuary, offering dolphin sightings, and attracts millions annually.
