Aeroplane Basmati Rice IPO Opens March 24: Rs 440 Cr Issue, Listing April 2

•Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) to launch its Rs 440 crore IPO for Aeroplane Basmati Rice on March 24.
•The three-day public issue, comprising entirely of a fresh issue, will close on March 27, with listing scheduled for April 2.
•The company plans to utilize Rs 400 crore (plus Rs 13 crore from pre-IPO) from the proceeds for working capital requirements.
•The Haryana-based firm, valued at Rs 1,877 crore, also diversified into FMCG products like aata, maida, and salt.
•Reported a profit of Rs 60.8 crore on revenue of Rs 2,001.6 crore for the year ended March 2025.
