•Unpaid toll will now trigger an immediate e-notice via SMS, email, or app with full details.
•Vehicle owners have 72 hours to pay the actual toll; failure results in a double fine.
•Dispute resolution available online within 72 hours, officials must resolve complaints within 5 days.
•Unpaid tolls after 15 days will block vehicle services on the VAHAN portal, including fitness certificates and ownership transfer.
