•Temperatures are rising across Himachal Pradesh, with Neri recording the highest maximum at 28.2°C.
•Clear weather has led to increased heat, especially in plains and mid-hills, attracting tourists to Solang Nala and Kothi.
•A weak western disturbance is forecast for February 26, bringing light rain/snow to high hilly areas on Feb 27-28.
•Most parts of the state are expected to remain dry until March 1, with no significant temperature changes for 3-4 days.
•Kukumseri recorded the lowest minimum temperature at -4.9°C, while Dharamshala and Kangra saw minimums above 10°C.
