Jabalpur-Bhopal Route: Bridge Collapse Forces Traffic Plan Change, Alternative Routes Announced
•A section of the Railway Over Bridge (ROB) on NH-45 between Jabalpur and Bhopal has collapsed, closing the main road.
•Administration has planned alternative routes to ensure smooth traffic flow for travelers.
•First option: From Bhopal towards Jabalpur, travel on NH-45 up to Shahpura, then via Patan to Jabalpur (adds 10 km).
•Second option: From Jabalpur to Narsinghpur via State Highway, then rejoin NH-45 near 'Rajmarg' towards Bhopal.
•Small vehicles can use Kirshod Toll Plaza via Kirshod village to Khamdehi, then back to Shahpura; heavy vehicles via Patan Bypass or Bhedaghat to Shahpura.
