Jabalpur Fraud: Land Registered in Deceased's Name, Bank Loan Taken

•Fraudsters in Jabalpur registered land in the name of Heera Lal Singh, who died in 2011.
•They secured a loan of approximately 9.5 lakh rupees from a private finance company using the deceased's name.
•The fraud was exposed when loan installments were not repaid, and bank officials attempted to seize the property.
•Chandan Singh Vain, Sharda, and several others are implicated in the 2018 fraudulent registration.
•The deceased's wife filed a complaint, and police are investigating, questioning multiple individuals.
