•Usha Chauhan, wife of Judge Rajkumar Chauhan, died in a train washroom on the Kacheguda Bhagat Ki Kothi Express.
•The couple was traveling from Jodhpur to Nimbahera; Usha called her husband before entering the washroom.
•Judge Rajkumar Chauhan disembarked at Nimbahera, but his wife did not, prompting him to inform railway police.
•Police stopped the train in Mandsaur, then in Jawra (Ratlam district), where the washroom door was broken to find her body.
•She is believed to have suffered a 'silent attack' (sudden medical event) inside the washroom.
