•The incident occurred after an argument when Lucky demanded his 20 rupees back from Praveen.
•Police from Garha, Madan Mahal, and Sanjeevani Nagar stations arrived but delayed aid for 30 minutes due to a jurisdictional dispute.
•Madan Mahal Police Station In-charge Dheeraj Raj intervened, sent Praveen to the hospital, and registered an FIR.
•Police are currently searching for the accused, Lucky Kewat.
