•CCTV footage confirmed the horrific incident where she was mauled to death while returning from work.
•Shockingly, 13 other people in the same area were also victims of stray dog attacks on the same morning.
•Residents report a pack of 30-40 dogs terrorizing the area, with 27 people bitten in January alone.
•Local citizens accuse Chakan Municipal Council of negligence, citing unaddressed complaints and faulty streetlights contributing to the danger.
