•Doctors at Jodhpur Medical College performed a rare and complex gap arthroplasty with osteo-arthrectomy.
•The surgery successfully increased her mouth opening from 0 mm to 42 mm, a significant medical achievement.
•A team including Prof. Dr. C.S. Chaturvedi, Dr. Charu, Dr. Subhash, Dr. Ayush, and Dr. Pramila Soni was involved.
•The child has been discharged, now able to eat solid food, with expectations of improved speech and facial development.
