Leopard Attacks 12-Year-Old in Pali, Child Survives After Falling into Ditch

•A 12-year-old boy, Prakash, was attacked by a leopard while grazing goats in the Nana police station area of Pali.
•The leopard ambushed Prakash from behind a hill, striking him and causing him to fall into a 12-foot deep ditch.
•Prakash sustained injuries to his face and near his eye but was saved by his screams and the timely arrival of villagers.
•The child is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Sirohi and is reported to be out of danger.
•The Forest Department team is searching for the leopard, and surveillance in the area has been increased.
