Adulterated Ghee Racket Exposed in Hyderabad: Poison Sold Under Brand Names

•Adulterated ghee, similar to the Tirupati Laddu scandal, is causing concern in Hyderabad with multiple rackets uncovered.
•Ghee used at Paradise Hotel, supplied by 'Sudheer Industries', was found 'unsafe' by the State Food Safety Laboratory.
•Samples from Serilingampally and Charminar (Mansulla) also confirmed to be dangerous and substandard.
•Technical tests show abnormal Refractometer (BR) and Reichert-Meissl (RM) values, indicating other fats.
•GHMC received 1,826 complaints last year; 25 samples found 'unsafe', 79 'dangerous', and 53 'substandard' in 2025 inspections.
