Mayuri Eco Park: Mahabubnagar's New Eco-Tourism Hub Gains National Recognition

Mayuri Eco Park in Mahabubnagar is set to become a national eco-tourism hub, gaining recognition from the Central Ministry of Tourism.

Developed from a nursery into a 2,087-acre park, it features diverse wildlife and attractions like Butterfly Garden and Navagraha Vanam.

The park offers adventure activities including trekking, cable cycling, boating, and night camping.
•
Four 100-year-old trees were successfully translocated and planted in the park, showcasing environmental conservation efforts.
•
A Rs. 25 crore development plan is underway, with state government seeking central funds for further beautification and expansion.
