•Moluguri Suresh, posing as a Sub-Engineer with share market expertise, gained trust by initially providing timely returns on small investments.
•Victims, including Thangallapally Geetha and her family, invested heavily, with losses ranging from Rs. 40 lakhs to Rs. 1.5 crores per individual.
•The accused created a fake company certificate, "Suresh DM Strategies Private Limited," to maintain the illusion of legitimacy.
•Suresh, Mahesh, and Mounika absconded after collecting large sums, prompting Geetha to file a complaint with CCS police.
