Telangana B.Tech Fees Finalized: CBIT Tops at Rs 1.83 Lakhs, New Structure for 3 Years

Telangana government finalized B.Tech tuition fees for private unaided engineering colleges for 2025-26 to 2027-28.
•
Minimum annual fee set at Rs. 45,000; CBIT highest at Rs. 1.83 lakhs, Vasavi Engineering College at Rs. 1.75 lakhs.
•
33 colleges still charge over Rs. 1 lakh; colleges with exactly Rs. 1 lakh fee reduced from 7 to 2.
•
No additional capitation fee or donation allowed beyond tuition fee; strict action against colleges violating rules.
•
TAFRC recommended fee reduction for 19 colleges and no increase for 70 others, approved by government.
