Sultanpur to Get Animal Birth Control Center: Relief from Stray Dog Menace

Sultanpur district, Uttar Pradesh, will build an Animal Birth Control Center (ABC) costing millions to curb the menace of stray dogs.
•
The center, confirmed by Lalchandra Saroj, Executive Officer, Sultanpur Nagar Palika Parishad, will be built on 15664 sq meters in Dhakwa.
•
It will sterilize stray dogs, utilize animal catchers, and provide animal-related treatments to manage their population.
•
With over 2,000 stray dogs causing accidents and bites in Sultanpur city, the ABC aims to control their numbers and provide a shelter.
•
The initiative will also manage the population of other stray animals, including pets, offering a comprehensive solution.
