•An Afghan national, Alijahi Mosafir, was arrested by BSF in Nadia's Hanskhali Fatehpur border area.
•He was suspected of attempting to cross the barbed wire fence into Bangladesh without valid papers for entering India.
•BSF jawans spotted him during a patrol and handed him over to Hanskhali Police Station.
•Alijahi Mosafir was produced in Ranaghat court, and police are scrutinizing recovered documents.
